chore(deps): update all semver-compatible packages to latest

Bump ~23 packages within their declared semver ranges, including:
- vue 3.5.26 → 3.5.29
- dayjs, lodash-es, qs, highlight.js, jsencrypt
- prettier, postcss, rollup, terser, autoprefixer
