build(gateway, infra, system): 优化项目构建配置
- 修改 .gitignore 文件，添加 lib目录到忽略列表 - 更新 yudao-gateway、yudao-module-infra-biz 和 yudao-module-system-biz 模块的 pom.xml 文件 - 添加 maven-jar-plugin 配置，排除资源文件打包 - 添加 maven-resources-plugin 配置，复制资源文件到指定目录 - 注释掉 maven-dependency-plugin 配置pull/178/head
